Return Policy for Artwork and Clothing

At Into The Palmer-Verse, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality artwork and clothing. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or may arrive damaged. Due to the custom nature of our merchandise, we do not offer exchanges. We will always offer a full refund or reprint for any quality related issue with your order. Therefore, we have established the following return policy to ensure a hassle-free experience for our valued customers:

1. Eligibility for Returns:

– Artwork: Only original artwork, excluding commissioned pieces, can be returned.

– Clothing: All clothing items, including t-shirts, hoodies, and accessories, are eligible for return.

– Journals and Coloring Books: All journals and coloring books are eligible for return.

2. Timeframe for Returns:

– Artwork: You may return artwork within 14 days from the date of delivery.

– Clothing: Clothing items can be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.

– Clothing must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

– Artwork must be returned in its original packaging to ensure its safety during transit.

– Clothing items must be returned in a clean and undamaged condition.

– Journals and Coloring Books must be unused and in their original condition.

4. Return Process:

– To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at intothepalmerverse@gmail.com within the specified timeframe.

– Provide your order number, a detailed reason for the return, and any supporting evidence, such as photographs of damaged items.

– Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) if applicable.

– Please ensure that the RMA number is clearly marked on the return package.

5. Return Shipping:

– Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases where the item received was damaged or incorrect.

– We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item.

– In case of a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team to arrange a prepaid return label.

6. Refunds and Exchanges:

– Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the refund or exchange within 48 hours of receipt.

– Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

– Exchanges will be subject to product availability. If the desired item is not available, a refund will be issued instead.
